I work with adults and young people providing a professional mentoring and coaching service that aims to help people who are looking to move on or make changes in their lives. I work with clients towards empowering them to focus positive energies to their situation, which means that they are able to progress. Areas I concentrate on include transition (change/moving on), goal setting and motivation.
